The lazy (or crazy) days of Summer are in full swing, and while the sound of cicadas is still buzzing in the air the Girls Guide crew decided to go and throw another party. One thing we love to do at this here little site is to give St. Louisans the opportunity to give back to the community and have a gosh darn skippy time at the same time.  Which brings us to August 5th… will be partnering with The Best Damn Happy Hour group and The Firebird to have a midsummer shindig where we will be collecting school supplies and Washington’s for the St. Louis Crisis Nursery’s Back-to-School Supply Drive. 

Here are the details about A Girls Guide Midsummer’s Night Out:

Join is for $3 well drinks from 6pm until 8pm, music by DJ Cat Pick from KDHX’s “Emotional Rescue” radio show, and a chance to meet and network with other guys and gals from around the city in one of St. Louis’ hoppingest venues. 

You must be 21+ to enter and the evening is free to all.

We will be collecting school supplies and donations for the

St. Louis Crisis Nursery South’s Back-to-School Supply Drive 2009 Wish List:
