Who We Are:
Girls Guide to the Galaxy is an independent, St. Louis based online women’s magazine that offers advice, information, reviews and opinions about just about anything in the metro-area. From fashion to crafts to sports – Girls Guide covers it all. Our writing team is made up of six women and our “resident Dude,” all of whom are active in the St. Louis community and add content to the site weekly. Unlike many web-based publications, we aren’t just a website – we are a tangible force in the St. Louis community, planning charitable networking events and partnering with organizations throughout the city to help make St. Louis a better place.
Stats:
More than 4,000 unique visitors troll around the pages of Girls Guide every month. Our primary readers are women and men in the greater St. Louis area, but our audience continues to grow each month both in terms of numbers and geography. We are unique in that we are the only local site targeted towards women in the important 24-36 demographic that does not focus on parenting. Our readers visit us to read articles with sass, edge and style written by women, for women. This unique aspect of Girls Guide was recently recognized by the local alternative press The Riverfront Times, and we were also named one of the 100 Women Bloggers to Watch in 2009 by WE Magazine.
The Deets:
Most of our advertising is run through the BlogHer ad network, however we do accept advertising through direct business agreements. Advertising with us offers exposure to a targeted and engaged demographic and an increase in web presence. St. Louis businesses who have advertised with us in the past have seen an increase in their web traffic and direct result sales. We offer a variety of advertising options to fit different business budgets and needs as well as bulk buy discounts to help you stretch your marketing dollar. To make sure that both our advertisers and our readers benefit we are selective about the advertising we carry on our site and are willing to work closely with advertisers to make sure that campaigns are appropriate and beneficial.

Note: We do not accept pay-per-post campaigns.
